Anti-static workbench installation

1. Determine the size of the anti-static mat according to the work requirements. The bottom and upper surfaces of the table mat and the components are thoroughly cleaned with alcohol.

2. Lay the foil strip on the lower surface of the anti-static mat. The aluminum foil is only allowed to overlap at the fold. Pressing the knob connector from the front of the anti-static mat can be replaced with other nuts to pass through the mat and foil strip to ensure good electrical contact.

3. Place the prepared static anti-static mat on the work surface. And determine the area of ​​the anti-static mat placed according to the scope of the operator's activities. Place the workbench on an antistatic mat.

4. Ground the anti-static safety workbench. Connect the anti-static mat and the grounding pad to the grounding configuration system with a 1MΩ resistor in series with a stranded copper core cord or cable with a cross-sectional area of ​​not less than 2mm2. It is best to check and use after installation.
