The polyester PTT staple fiber new product developed by Liaoyang Petrochemical Fiber Co., Ltd. in cooperation with Shanghai Donghua University and Shanghai Jingwei Co., Ltd. was successfully tested in Liaohua Fiber Factory at one time.
