The device has the function of automatic adjustment and hydraulic pressure relief, which can protect the punch press and enable the card die phenomenon to be smoothly released.
An over-load protection device introduced by Yamada Shun Co., Ltd. is used to detect the overload hydraulic pressure inside the press cylinder of the press block. In the case of overload, the hydraulic pressure can be quickly released within three thousandths of a second, and the micro switch generates a letter electrical signal to stop the press. In addition, the air-driven hydraulic pump quickly fills up the normal working pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, and the press can operate normally immediately. The overload protection device has a constant pressure control valve inside, which automatically adjusts the hydraulic pressure to eliminate the influence of the pressure rise caused by the rise of the oil temperature during the stamping process.
