The conventional method is: loosen the clamping nut of the paper pressure wheel, insert three sheets of printing paper under the paper pressure wheel, adjust the height of the paper pressure wheel through eccentricity, it is appropriate to have a slight sense of resistance when the paper is withdrawn, and then tighten the nut . However, this adjustment method is only suitable for paper with better flatness and no warpage; for paper with poor flatness and warpage, the platen roller can be pressed more tightly.

1. Preformed
The fault is manifested as: the paper on one side is not in place, the paper cannot be detected by the electric eye on one side, and the paper is misjudged as crooked, actually the paper is bent. Adjust the front gauge fine-tuning knob to the maximum, that is, +0.5 of the scale, so that the front gauge pre-clamp is at the farthest position; then put the platen steel sheet next to the detection electric eye, which can generally be solved.
2. Paper does not reach the front gauge correctly
There are many reasons for this failure, and all components from flying to the previous regulations may be the cause of this failure.
(1) Feida. The feeder separation and feed air are not enough, there is electrostatic adsorption between the paper, and the paper lags slightly when the paper is discharged, resulting in the failure to reach the front regulation correctly. The solution is to turn up the air blower and blow the paper away to ensure a smooth output.
(2) Uneven pressure on the goal kick. After the paper is discharged from Feida, it must pass through the gantry ball to reach the paperboard smoothly. If the pressure of the gantry ball is uneven or not, it will also cause paper instability. The adjustment method is to move the handwheel to the gantry ball to press the position. Put a 0.2mm thick plug plate under the top wire, adjust the top wire to make the pressure of the gantry ball equal and the size is moderate.
(3) Transport cardboard. When the paper is transported on the paperboard, due to the suction of the suction belt, a vacuum is easily formed under the paper. If the paper is soft, it will easily form a large friction force and cause the paper to lag. The solution is to reduce the suction volume of the paperboard, and at the same time, the paper pressure wheel can be used to keep the paper position from skew.
(4) Front gauge pressure roller. The pressure of the paper pressing wheel or paper steel sheet is too large, so that the paper cannot reach the front gauge, which can be solved by adjusting the high pressure paper wheel or reducing the pressure of the paper pressing steel sheet.
(5) Pre-grip teeth in front. There are a total of 9 pre-grips in the front gauge, which are symmetrically distributed in the center. The positioning of the paper gripper is completed by these 9 pre-grips. If the paper cannot enter the pre-grip, the paper cannot reach the front rule correctly. For example, the paper has a lotus leaf edge or warpage, sometimes it will collide with the pre-clamping teeth, and sometimes it will reach the top of the pre-clamping teeth, which will cause this failure. The solution is to add paper pressure steel sheet at the place where the paper and the pre-grip top collide, or knock the paper to make the paper even. Thick cardboard knocking paper can not be like copperplate and offset paper. The number of cardboard folding should not be too many, just 5 times, and do not need to be fan-shaped, folded into parallel lines; the force should not be too heavy, otherwise the cardboard will be broken, As long as the deformation state can be changed.
