The paper feeding part is an important part of the offset press. Its main function is to deliver the printed sheets to the printing unit in an orderly and accurate manner. There are many working parts in the paper conveying part, and they cooperate with each other in the paper conveying process to ensure the conveyance of printed parties. If any of the working parts are improperly adjusted or worn, loosened, or moved during paper feeding, normal paper feeding will be hindered.

During my work, I encountered the problem that the paper stopper of the paper stopper tongue did not oscillate, and sometimes it could not be reversed, which prevented the normal paper feed. The paper blocking tongue's paper blocking swing is driven by the shaft to rotate its cam, and then the cam drives the paper blocking tongue to swing and block the paper through the swing lever and the connecting rod. The movement law is that when the paper feeding nozzle forwards the paper, the paper blocking tongue falls down, and when the paper passes the paper blocking tongue, the paper blocking tongue returns to its original position. The falling of the paper blocking tongue is pulled by the spring, and the reset paper blocking is pushed by the cam. After checking that the cam and the spring are working properly, I removed the connecting rod, and when I manually oscillated the swing lever to drive the paper shaft to rotate, the paper shaft is not flexible and the reverse rotation is relatively tight, so when the paper tongue of the paper tongue swings Hundreds inversion.

I checked the three support points on the paper blocking shaft and found that the middle support point was not fixed tightly and moved. Because the rotation of the shaft requires three support points to be on the same straight line, the impact force of the middle support point during rotation is relatively large, once the fixation is not tight and there is movement, there will be a negative force, and the inversion of the paper tongue is Pulled by the spring, the spring itself has a small pulling force. Once there is resistance, it will not fall down and affect the normal paper feed. Re-tighten the intermediate fulcrum, and clean the rotating parts under the fulcrum and the shaft to apply oil. After power on, the paper feed is normal.
