1. Turn on the printer power, connect the printer usb interface to the pc, and insert the hp driver CD into the CD-ROM drive.

Second, HP printer common fault repair

1, the printer can not automatically re-line fault: If the printer can not automatically re-wrap during the work process, the print job can not be completed, you can solve the problem by modifying the registry.

Workaround: Expand the 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Printers' subkey in the open Registry Editor window and change the 'PruneDownlevel' value to '2'. After restarting the computer, the fault disappears.

2. The ink is scarce when printing, and the fault that the handwriting cannot be recognized affects the normal work.

Solution: Most of the failures are caused by long-term use of the printer or other reasons, resulting in obstacles in the ink delivery system or nozzle clogging.
