(2) Physical and mechanical properties

Uniformity of thickness——Verified by testing the thickness of the package, the uniformity of the thickness is the basis to ensure the stable performance of the packaging material.

Heat sealing effect-verified by heat sealing strength test to prevent problems such as bag breakage or leakage due to poor sealing effect of heat sealing edge.

Compound fastness-verified by the peel strength test. If the peel strength of the stand-up bag is low, it may cause delamination of the packaging bag during use.

The opening performance of the cap-verified by the rotation torque test to prevent the inconvenience to consumers due to the excessive rotation torque between the cap and the nozzle, or leakage due to the cap and the nozzle not being tightened .

Airtightness——Verified by the sealing performance (negative pressure method) test to prevent the liquid leakage and air leakage of jam product packaging.

(3) Hygienic performance

Residual amount of organic solvent-verified by the solvent residual test, if the residual amount of solvent is too large, the packaging film has an odor, and the residual solvent easily migrates into the jam, causing it to appear odor and affect the health of consumers.

Non-volatile matter content-verified by the evaporation residue test, to prevent the large amount of non-volatile matter in the packaging material to cause a lot of migration during long-term contact with jam, contaminate the jam.
