The pressure is based on the driving rod can be printed upwards and down to empty. The pressure in the axial direction of the gravure cylinder should be uniform. ④Adjust the position of the film roll on the unwinding device so that the first color image and text can be printed on the exact position of the film. Based on the first color image and text, use the vertical overprinting adjustment mechanism to horizontally and horizontally register the second color image and text Adjustment. When the longitudinal adjustment mechanism of the helical gear is used, if the distance error between the two-color graphics and text is in, then the mechanism is used for adjustment. The third and fourth colors are analogous. Or use the main one-color graphics as the reference to adjust the color registration method as above. ⑤Check the printing quality carefully, whether the clarity and color of the picture are consistent with the sample, whether the ink drying and adhesion fastness meet the requirements and make corresponding adjustments. After the requirements are met, you can switch to normal printing. Normal printing operation ①Change the printing film that meets the requirements. Remove the proofing film roll from the unwinding shaft and replace it with the required printing film. Install the winding paper core that meets the specifications in the winding position. ②Print at normal printing speed. When printing, always check the ink viscosity, ink scraping, film tension, overprint accuracy, ink drying and adhesion fastness, graphic clarity, gradation and color, etc. and make appropriate adjustments to ensure printing quality. ③ Correctly adjust the ink viscosity. In printing, the number of times of dilution and dilution with appropriate solvents should be increased in time, and the amount should be increased to keep the ink viscosity basically constant. ④Install the film to be printed. The head and tail of each roll of film are glued together, which can reduce the time of parking and rewinding. Remove the impression cylinder from the gravure cylinder, and then take out the ink in the ink fountain and seal it in the bucket. Do not pack it with unadjusted ink. If the parking time is not long, the ink in the ink fountain does not need to be taken out, as long as the ink is placed in a cool place. When parking, the ink of the gravure cylinder, squeegee and ink fountain should be wiped off with solvent immediately. Remove the plate roller from the printing machine and apply a layer of protective oil to the surface of the plate roller, and then place the plate roller in an environment with normal temperature and no corrosive medium. When the printed products reach the specified output, they should stop immediately. The parking steps are as follows: ①Actively shut down the power switch of the ink pump, static eliminator, drying device and winding device. ①During printing, lubricate oil on each lubrication point in time. ②When starting the printing machine, you should print at low speed first, then gradually increase the printing speed after normal. When parking, except for special circumstances, you should slow down to stop. ③If any abnormal situation is found during the printing process, it should be stopped in time to avoid further expansion of the accident. ④When the impression cylinder is stained with ink, it should be cleaned with a solvent in a timely manner. Do not scrape with a knife or sandpaper. ⑤In order to protect the normal operation of the printing press, it is necessary to periodically adjust, repair or replace parts.
